Williams was raised by her father who was a firefighter from Queens and Brooklyn and then through her mother, who lived who lived in Tribeca Manhattan after her parents split when they were very young. The junior high school she attended was at Chinatown New York high school located in Chelsea and attended Nazareth College in Rochester NY. Angel Williams, a professional manicurist of over 16 years, has set herself apart with her focus on nail health and color. Angel appreciates the meticulous care she gives to each aspect of her job. The New York base makes her indispensable on runways for fashion as well as editorial shoots.
